Some mornings there is a need for dark toffee tasting coffee. Hence us discovering the Blackbird blend, it is our favourite wake up coffee - a perfectly full-bodied Italian style espresso from the 1950's. Maverick is a great everyday medium roasted coffee as is Skyhawk. Life seems to be better with decent coffee. We love the smell of avgas in the morning!
